+ How do I ship my cases?

Carefully wrap your models and dies, fill out your lab slip, and pack them securely in a sealed box. To ship, call us and we will schedule, pickup and deliver your case via FedEx for only $7 each way. Or, you can also prefer to use your own carrier.

+ How can I start using your lab?

Just call us at 1-800-635-1002 and we can schedule your case for sameday or next day pickup. It's easy, we'll fax or email your office a FedEx label and shipping instructions to send out your case. For more information like our catalog, supplies, etc. just ask any one of representatives or email us under the "Contact Us" portion of this website.

+ What is your return and remake policy?

Dazs Dental Laboratories guarantees that each restoration will fit on your trimmed dies and models. If there is a problem pertaining to our laboratory work, Dazs will in its sole discretion, either repair, or replace the device within 60 days of delivery date. The remake warranty does not cover breakage from accident, neglect, or misuse. Dazs will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including inconvenience, lost wages, chairtime, pain and suffering. All restorations remain the property of Dazs until the clients account is paid in full. All disputes shall be governed in all respects by California law with venue in Los Angeles County.
